Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga practiced using a chair. Some classes will flow from one posture to the next, other classes will focus on holding a posture, or a combination of both. Breath work is a vital component of Chair yoga.

 

Ideal for those with limited mobility, balance concerns or anyone looking for a modified practice, this class focuses on integrating the chair for supported postures and movement while connecting to your breath.

 

Chair yoga will enhance balance, strength, flexibility, circulation - all without needing to get down on the floor.
