Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing, nurturing practice designed to calm the nervous system and promote healing from within. There are only 3 requirements: stillness, darkness & warmth.
Using props like bolsters, blankets and blocks, poses are fully supported and held for extended periods (approximately 20 minutes) to allow the student to learn physical and mental stillness which enables release and restoration.
This class is perfect for anyone seeking a gentle reset.
