The undersigned elects to participate as a student of HYR Intention TM and its employees or contractors in yoga mindfulness and meditation classes (“Yoga Class(es)”) that may occur at Koryo Traditional Martial Arts Center, 2361 Greystone Ct., Suite C-2, Rockville, Virginia 23146; or at another venue to be determined (including online), with the host, owner or provider thereof referred to generally herein as “Host(s)”.

 

By participating in one or more Yoga Class(es), the undersigned (“Student”) promises, covenants and agrees that:

1. I will be participating in a Yoga Class that may require strenuous physical exertion, may be conducted outdoors or in a heated indoor room, and may include mental stimulation which might result in an unexpected emotional response. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved and assume full responsibility for any risk of physical injury to myself, injury to the person or property of others, or other damages or liability, whether known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of traveling to or from or by participating in Yoga Class.

2. I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive and release, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim that I may have or that which subsequently may arise against HYR Intention TM or any Host(s) or their instructors, agents, contractors, employees or assigns for any physical, mental, financial or other injury or damages I sustain as a result of traveling to or from or by participating in Yoga Class. Accordingly, I hereby waive, release, discharge and covenant not to sue any of them for any injury/ies, damage/s or death, whether caused by their negligence or other affirmative act or by the negligence or acts of the other students participating in Yoga Class(es).

3. I hereby affirm that I have read and understand the foregoing and fully and freely agree to this Yoga Waiver and Release.
