Don't Let Fear Stop You

Updated: Sep 13

Are you reluctant to try a yoga class? Does the thought of being the "new person" make you feel uncomfortable? Do you think everyone else in class knows what they are doing? Does the thought of moving your body in an unfamiliar way create fear of injury or the way your body moves won't be good enough?

Every body is unique and there are many ways to support you and your body during yoga practice. One of the beautiful aspects of yoga is learning to allow yourself to grow and receive support...and I am here to help you!

If you are new to yoga, but afraid you won't be strong enough, flexible enough, whatever enough, please join me on Monday evenings where we take it slow, learn the poses and terminology, introduce your body to your breath and learn how to be still. This class teaches you to be gentler, kinder and more patient with yourself, because you are worth the time, the effort and you are enough!

I look forward to seeing you!
